Mr. Mufaddal
I am Mufaddal, the founder and director of Mufaddal Auto KTM. With over a decade of experience in the automotive industry, my journey began in 2015, where I gained valuable knowledge and practical insights during my five years of working in this field. In 2020, I decided to turn my passion into reality by starting my own venture at Juni, Gadi Adda, Indore (M.P.) with just ₹20,000 worth of stock, a small shop, and a team of five dedicated employees.
From those humble beginnings, we have grown step by step with the trust and support of our customers. Today, we operate from a 10,000 sq. ft. facility along with a dedicated godown, employ more than 600 skilled team members, and handle an inventory worth over 10 lakh+ products. This growth is not just about numbers; it reflects our unwavering commitment to providing genuine KTM parts, reliable service, and unmatched customer satisfaction.
